We’ve done extensive research on this and found many tweeple (including social media ‘experts!’) are following those that will add little or no value to them.
It may at first look impressive that a fellow tweeter has many followings / followers, however, ever considered how they may have done that?

Of course, there are genuinely popular tweeple out there – i.e. You, celebrities, market leaders….However, regarding those simply achieving high numbers, what’s the point of trying to impress people by playing games with others, like yourselves, who aren’t easily fooled? It’s simply a waste of valuable time and a topsy ʎʌɹnʇ approach, wouldn’t you agree?
